Ibrahimovic push Juve closer to title, Ronaldo finaly scored a free kick

Zlatan Ibrahimovic returned from injury and was in a key role at Olimpico as AC Milan stun Lazio to move Juventus closer to a ninth successive Serie A title.

Lazio missed their key player and league's top goalscorer Ciro Immobile which obviously hurt the team's chances.

Still, no one expected such a weak attitude in a decisive game from Simeone Inzaghi's men.

Zlatan solved his injury problems and once again dominated the pitch. He doubled his team's lead with 11m kick after an interesting opener by Hakan Calhanoglu.

The third goal scored by Ante Rebic totally killed hopes of Lazio's comeback and this should be a final conclusion of Serie A this season when it's about the 1st place.

Juventus had earlier won over Torino 4-1 in the Turin local derby as Cristiano Ronaldo net his first free kick in Italy-after 43 attempts.

It was his 46 free-kick goal at club level, with 32 for Real Madrid and 13 for Manchester United.

Not only that, but Portuguese international is the first Juve player to score 25 goals in Serie A season since Omar Sivori, in 1961.

The derby match against Torino was also notable for Gigi Buffon's record-breaking 648th Serie A match in career.

Juventus, who are looking for a ninth consecutive league title, are seven points above Lazio, who host AC Milan at 20:45 BST.

Zlatan and Milan are now close to Europa League qualification in sixth place, although Napoli have their game in hand and can overpass them with the victory.
