Hometeam Gnistan narrowly safe their place in Finnish Ykkonen last season.Couple of last season players have ended their career and couple players moved away, but none very important leave.Gnistan started this cup with 2-2 draw against MP.
Newcomer in Ykkonen Jippo have been one of topteam in league Kakkonen in recent years and finally they managed to promoted into league Ykkonen.Experienced defender Antti Ake moved away and sofar their squad have not changed alot.
Gnistan squad included much more experienced players from league Ykkonen and some of their players have experienced also from toplevel Veikkausliiga.
Gnistan still miss Douglas Cae and Moraeis. Jippo come to miss last season best scorer Joona Hiltunen and important atracker Kahelin.Even Jippo managed win first game against Klubi04 their performance was quite weak with long possession period by Klubi04.Lucky win by Jippo and i not belived that happend again against much experienced opponent.
